You want to wake up feeling refreshed and motivated, gain more energy and be more productive during the day, have easy to follow tips on changes that you can make to improve your health and are motivated to boost your health and live a healthier lifestyle.

 

 

This program includes:

 

  • An initial kickstart session to get a detailed review of your current and past health, what your goals are for the 30 days and your main challenges so you can get clarity on where you currently are and where you want to be and I can develop a program that’s unique to you and your lifestyle.

  • A personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan to help you reach your health goals.

  • A food journal review to help you incorporate healthier changes into your diet so you can feel more healthy, energised and confident.

  • 3 x weekly support sessions to keep you on track, address any challenges, share your wins and help you make lasting habit changes.

  • Recipe ideas & meal plans if required.

​

  • Email support will also be available in between sessions if required.

​

  • Advice on testing and supplements can also be provided (these will be at an extra cost)
