  • An initial kickstart session (1-1.5hrs) to get a detailed review of your current and past health, what your goals are and your main challenges so you can get clarity on where you currently are and where you want to be and I can develop a program that’s unique to you and your lifestyle.

  • A personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan to help you reach your goals and make lasting lifestyle changes.

  • 7 x weekly support sessions (30mins-1hr) combining nutritional advice and energy healing sessions to discover your blocks, keep you on track, address any challenges, share your wins and help you make lasting habit changes.

  • Meal plans and recipes if required.

​

  • Advice on functional testing/supplements if required (these will be at an extra cost).

  • Additional practical tools and trainings to help you get clear on what you want, keep you on track with your changes and help you to break free of your past limitations around changing your mindset and lifestyle.​
